If one could kill with a single word... would it fall under the first amendment or the second?
Surely the right to speak the word would be considered under the first amendment. Free speech.
As well, one would have a right to know the word because the second amendment allows us all the right to bear arms.
But wouldn't the mere utterance mean certain death to any and all around? Wouldn't the whole thing be a murder trial that would debuke both the first and second amendments?
Can't you kill someone with a serious heart condition by sneaking up behind them and shouting "BOO!"
Certainly possible, I would think... as that excess stress would
